We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
If, within 30 days of your purchase, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. Return & replacement processes may vary, please contact our customer service team for instructions.
We do not currently accept returns on personalized items, back issues, printing plates, photos, or front page reprints unless they arrive damaged. If they do arrived damaged, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement.
Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, less shipping charges. Once a refund is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for it to be reflected on your billing statement.
